Kale belongs to northern Germany as the white fleet does to the Alster. So what would make better sense than to combine these long-standing veterans? On an extended canal tour over the Inner and Outer Alster, we serve you the popular winter vegetables and many other delicacies. Enjoy an evening during which you can indulge in down-to-earth northern German esprit with all your senses.

Small bowl of onion soup
scalloped

Mozzarella and tomatoes
with rocket salad and pesto

Main dish

Kale
with smoked pork chop, Salzbrenner cooked sausages, pork jowl and sauté potatoes

Muscovy duck leg
with red cabbage with apples along with dumplings or sauté potatoes

Dessert

Warm apple compote
with almonds, raisins and cinnamon, in addition to vanilla ice cream

A hot tip for cold days

When the days start getting shorter and the temperatures begin to fall, this tour may just be the thing: on a cosy ride over the wintery Alster, along the festively decorated panoramas of the Hanseatic city, we serve you kale and many other rustic classics of the northern German cuisine. Whether together with friends, your family or with work colleagues for your Christmas party: leave the hectic pre-Christmas bustle behind you for a few hours as you recharge your batteries on board our vessels.

As an XXL version one hour longer until 22.00 (minimum number 30 people) at an extra charge of just €15.00 per person.
