Tickets for the Alster cruise are available on board the ships.
You can obtain your season ticket from our ticket office at the Jungfernstieg jetty (opposite jetty 3).
Hamburg's Jungfernstieg has been undergoing a facelift since 04.03.2024. Please check whether there are any restrictions on your journey that require a little more time. Travel by underground and suburban trains is still possible as usual, as is unrestricted access to the jetty.
