Line A
Customize your visit to Hamburg by getting on, off and changing at 20 stops. Hop On Hop Off depending on the season between approx. 10 am and 3 pm. The red double-decker buses run at frequent intervals to all stops. The starting points at St. Pauli Landungsbrücken 1-2 and Hauptbahnhof/Kirchenallee are ideal starting points for the day's fun.
The city tour Line A takes you to Hamburg's highlights: Along the Waterkant you come directly to the Elbphilharmonie, then through HafenCity and into the Speicherstadt, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other districts worth seeing include Harvestehude with its magnificent villas on the Outer Alster, Hamburg-Mitte with its beautiful town hall and St. Pauli with its sinful Reeperbahn.

Alster lock keeper
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg does not award medals. This has evolved historically and should remain so. Nevertheless, an award is occasionally appropriate when outstanding personalities convey the message of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg to the world through special achievements.
Personalities who have set the tone in this respect are awarded the "Ver" badge by the Congregation of Alster Lock Keepers S.C..
