We use different types of ships on our trips.
In order to show you as many canals and canals as possible, we mainly use flat-bottomed ships for the canal trips, the canal cruises and the twilight cruise. Three steps take you down into the passenger compartment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use electric wheelchairs here.
We use traditional ships for the Alster round trip and Alster cruise. Wheelchair users can roll in and out of the passenger compartment at ground level.
Only on the "Alster-Cabrios" do we not recommend that wheelchair users travel on board, as there are fixed rows of seats.
We'd love to!
On hot days, please make sure your pet has something to drink! We will be happy to help you with water - please contact us.
The canal cruise takes you across the Alster and through the tributaries of the Alster.
On the canal cruise, we show you the UNESCO World Heritage Site Speicherstadt and the HafenCity around the Elbphilharmonie concert hall. And we will take you to the "Peking".
On board our program cruises, you can enjoy coffee, cake, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine, sparkling wine and hot sausages. On the canal cruise, the canal cruise, the twilight cruise and various event cruises.
During the one-hour Alster tour and the Alster cruise from pier to pier, a drinks machine with refreshing cold drinks is available. The only exception: the Alster Cabriolets. Because they don't have a toilet. So we are not allowed to sell drinks here either.
If you hire a boat for your party or event, it is best to order food and drinks from our catering partner. You can find all information about catering from Nord Event here
